Ik ben wel eens wakker geworden met beter nieuws. Meestal word ik wel blij van mail van Apple, maar deze keer niet zo ...

We recently learned that the security of Apple Learning Interchange (ALI) members' names and passwords may have been compromised. These accounts are limited to accessing the ALI discussion board and do not contain sensitive information such as credit card or social security numbers.
If you use this name and password combination on other websites and services, you may risk vulnerability on those sites. We strongly recommend that you change your password on any site that might have the same name and password combination.

De ALI-website is al sinds gistermiddag offline en inmiddels staat er ook een tijdelijke pagina die meldt dat er hard wordt gewerkt aan het oplossen van het probleem.

Voor wie geen idee heeft wat de ALI is: het is Apple's online onderwijscommunity. Een mooie plek om kennis, expertise en lesmateriaal uit te wisselen en om in contact te komen met docenten van over de hele wereld. Afijn, dat leggen we wel een keer uit in de praktijk ... als alles (veilig en wel) weer beschikbaar is.
