Beetje flauwe titel natuurlijk, maar als het goed is heb ik nu wel voldoende van je aandacht om je te wijzen op twee dingen:
- Verwijder de Nearpod Student en Nearpod Teacher App van je iOS-apparaten … écht, doe het
- Installeer de nieuwe Nearpod App
In de nieuwste versie 3 van de App zijn namelijk beide versies in elkaar geïntegreerd op een elegante manier en is er ook nog eens de nodige functionaliteit toegevoegd. Op een rijtje (en ik knip en plak even de Engelse bits):
- Share websites with your students! With the Web Share feature, you can add a URL to your presentation from the Content Tool, or share a website on the fly.
- Add a SlideShow to your presentation and allow for student paced learning! With the SlideShow feature, students can navigate through your slides at their own pace without the need to advance them from the teacher’s iPad.
- Save time with the ability to share your presentation PIN in advance, with the tap of a finger. Your students will receive the PIN by email and have the presentation downloaded and ready to launch in class.
- Share Nearpod Presentations with other users and spread the voice about your Nearpod experience via Twitter and email.
En dat alles met een fijne ondersteuning voor iOS 6. En daarmee blijft Nearpod een geweldige App om interactieve klassikale instructies op de iPad af te leveren. Bovendien is het prettig om te zien dat de makers gebruikersfeedback gebruiken om nieuwe functies aan de App toe te voegen.
